cancellation conditions

Cancellation conditions (or shortened stay): All cancellations must be confirmed in writing (letter, e-mail or fax).

Loss of deposit in all cases of cancellation If Cancellation within 8 days prior to arrival: billing for a minimum night in addition to the loss of the Deposit Cancellation between 8 and 15 days of the arrival date: invoicing the equivalent of 50% of a night in addition to the loss of the Deposit No presentation and shortened stay: total billing of the stay.

Regarding the deposit:  - in the case of a stay of 1 or 2 nights = the night for 1 night booked or 2 nights for 2 nights booked - in the case of a stay from 3 nights = 30% of the total amount of the stay
